Tasting Notes

Season’s End 2017
With a deep amber color, the 2017 vintage of Season’s End tells of its origins in the dark red apples from which it started. Offering a robust nose of dried fruit and spices like clove and cinnamon. Smooth on the palette with a burst of candied fruit. What follows is wonderfully long finish with notes of caramel and honey.

Season’s End 2018
A light golden color with a bright sweetness, Season’s End 2018 tells a very different story than its predecessor. Slightly floral on the nose with notes of fresh Northern Spy, Jonagold and the Classic Russet apples. 2017’s palette is lighter in taste, with hints of caramel and tart apples come forward. Followed by a soft warm honey finish.

Spiced Pear 2018
Spiced Pear is a trip down memory lane to a time of huge family holiday meals and old world cooks. A nose of baked pears with cinnamon, clove, and allspice, gives way to the flavor of a warm pear dessert with a slightly earthy note and vanilla.
